A Motorhome campsite than an Aire really, 6Euro per night, gets you, hard standing, usual water/waste services, Electricity, wifi. All very clean and tidy, pretty good in fact.

Fatima

N39 38.003’ W8 40.217’

Obviously, the attraction here is the Religious Shrine. Toilets, services, no EHU. All clean and tidy, rather well done, and, unusually for such a place, no feeling of being fleeced. We were here for an Easter weekend, and still found a space. Even the town did not seem to be "cashing in" on the Shrine (yes, I am the cynic, SHMBO is the "believer").

Lagos

N37 06’ 01”, W8 43’ 07”

It is all very tidy and organised, at 3Euro per night. A service point, free Wifi, toilets and showers (2Euro) in the Sports Complex (ie Football Stadium), plus there are a choice of Supermarkets (Pingo Doce, Lidl, Aldi and Continente) within walking distance. Saturdays are a surprise, We are woken by a noise at 07:00. No, for a change, it is not the rain. We discover there is a market on Saturdays, on the field next to the Aire. The stall holders have arrived en-masse and are busy erecting their stalls. How we did not hear the fifty or so assorted "white vans" arrive I do not know.

This was our "back up plan", if Fatima was full, it is about 50 miles from Fatima. In the event, we found space at Fatima, even on an Easter Weekend, so, did not have to use it.

Estela, Rio Alto

A large ACSI site, right by the sea, The site is good. Unfortunately, the weather was dreadful, torrential rain!

Lagos, Orbitur Valverde

N37 5’59” W8 43’4”

An ACSI Site. It is also an Orbitur Site, sometimes Orbitur have offers which beat the ACSI Rate, worth checking with Reception, when you arrive. A good site.

Sitiva, Villa Nova de Milfontes

N37 46’48” W8 47’1”

An ACSI site (belonging to the Orbitur group, so, cheaper to use our 9Euro vouchers). The site is fine, a bit big for our taste, but it appears well kept. Sadly, the weather is not kind. We meet an English couple, who tell us they are heading North, because it has rained without stopping for 7 days. Perhaps, unsurprisingly, us telling them, we are heading South, for same reason, does not cheer them up!

Quarteira, Orbitur Quarteira

N37 4’ 2”, W8 5’ 14”

An ACSI Site. It is also an Orbitur Site, sometimes Orbitur have offers which beat the ACSI Rate, worth checking with Reception, when you arrive. A good site. On edge of Town.
